Maybe have one poll for LHP and one for RHP and choose two from each? That'll give you a four-man rotation to go with the eight-man lineup. Then you can have closers as a third poll.

big up for adding Dale Murphy though. An all time favourite of mine. A guy like Andre Dawson, who's injuries killed alot of his potential early enough in his career even, though he still put up some decent numbers.
