I'd have to go with Celebrity Jeopardy, The Chris Farley Show, and Matt Foley - Motivational Speaker.

Jesus watching some of the Celeb Jep skits, I really am getting an appreciation for Fallon's ability for immitation, he does amazing vocal immitations of a Sandler and Robin Williams, French Stewart as well

-Celeb Jeopardy: for obvious reasons.
-Matt Foley: Chris Farley was the man.
-Brian Fellows' Safari Planet: The non sequiturs were priceless.
"Does this donkey fix cars?"
-The Gibb Brother's Talk Show: Probably the funniest SNL skit in a few years. Jimmy Fallon's impersonation was priceless.
-Digital Shorts: I love Lazy Sunday, I love the Portman Rap, but I think my favourite was Young Chuck Norris.
-Two A-Holes: A new favourite.
-Debbie Downer-Especially the first one, where everyone was cracking up.

The two that I always talk about:

Jerrry Seinfeld hosting a Jeopardy-like show with three contestants imitating him. Unbelievably classic.

Jim Carrey being the lifeguard of a kiddie pool. My dad even says thats one of the funniest things he has ever seen.

ROBOT REPAIR

http://snltranscripts.jt.org/88/88orobot.phtml

It is on The Best of Phil Hartman

[ open on show's new title: LET'S FIX, ROBOTS ]

XG-7000: Good afternoon, and welcome to "Let's Fix, Robots". Unlike the other names of this show, this one must be regarded as almost intentionally deceptive. It is easy to overlook the comma, after "fix". [ holds up sign of show's title, points out comma with screwdriver ] And if the title is interpreted correctly, it indicates that our show is directed at a robot viewing audience, which it is not.
