Sept. 27, 2006

Sources close to Theodore Long have told WWE.com that SmackDown's General Manager plans to make a major announcement this afternoon at 3 p.m. on WWE.com. There is no word at this time as to what the General Manager has in mind. Check back this afternoon for Theodore Long's announcement.

So What's it gonna be?

lol Angle

Loose Cannon
09-27-2006, 12:13 PM
knowing WWE and Smackdown programming, he will probably say Angle is coming back home and it's Eric Angle.

Shadow

Well finnally.

Eric Angle has been languishing in development hell for years now.

No guys seriously its Angle, as in burt, I mean Kurt, he is going to be working both Smackdown and Impact!, since he is in such great health so here's how I think its going to go down.

Flash back to a few years ago. Invasion.

Now what happened there? thats right Kurt Angle jumped ship, supposedly.
It turned out he was working for Vince the whole time to bring the opposition down from the inside instead of the outside. Off course since Jeff Jarrett is such a self-centered egomaniac little bitch he won't put 2 and 1 together. And Vince will have brought down TNA from the inside, having the company fail and having the x-division guys join WWE and have a pretty entertaining cruiserweight division (Daniels, Styles, Sabin, Williams)

Ok maybe Im just hoping this will happen. But I would love it if it did.

It'll probably be something stupid, like John Cena will be at No Mercy, due to him being on Smackdown this Friday and the King's court attacking him on this past Raw.

Stickman
09-27-2006, 12:48 PM
It'll be a let down and in two weeks people will forget about it.

XL
09-27-2006, 01:58 PM
If this is as bad as "watch the first 10 mins of Raw" then it's gonna suck big time! Yeah watch the first 10, nothing happens, so you keep watching, genius really!

Just thought.....he's gonna announce that SmackDown! has signed MVP to a contract! Which would be bullshit!

Okay, so 'M.V.P.' "signed" a contract....

.....so what's the 'Major Announcement' gonna be?

It will be interesting only if they make his character into a Terrell Owens type; suicide attempts and all.

Rammsteinmad
09-27-2006, 03:11 PM

I feel kinda stupid having started this thread thinking it could be good!

Least I realised half way through so it wasn't a huge let down.

WWE could take a leaf out of TNAs book when it comes to "Big" announcements!!

You know, WWE dropped the ball YET AGAIN. Everyone knew that MVP was eventually going to sign with SD! He never once (that I can remember) showed up at a Raw. C'mon, writers. Throw us a bone every now and then to show that you realize that we have the intelligence of a 4th grader. Unless that's too sophisticated for you...

Mister Sinister
09-28-2006, 12:22 AM
They probably "signed" MVP

Was going to be my guess
