Zeldas out and booting on demo units with the latest firmware updates. Nintendo may have just shot themselves in the foot with this one if it's not fixed in retail units.

OK, apparantly you can download Wii games, burn them to a disc and they play on the console. At least on the store demo consoles right now.

aaaaah, okay. Well if thats the case, imma get a Wii, but im sure they will update it either via a patch or before retail units are out.

Yeah. They'll probably use their WiiConnect 24 thing to update it automatically.

What does this mean?

Very little, I say.

Bad Company, I was asking you if you could do this with PS2 games and an unmodded ps2, but you didn not get back to me.

Yeah, all of you feel free to answer this one ^^^.

Really, the only way you could play burned games w/o a modded PS2 is with Swap Magic, but then again it is not very reliable.

Or you can do what I do and use the HD Loader method.

Also, aren't the demo units really different from the retail units anyway?

You can softmod a PS2 now, which doesn't even freakin' require you to open it up.
