I am probably the only one who is annoyed by this but has anyone ever noticed how much this phrase is used in promos? Who says that, that much in real life?

Cause you see, "cause you see" is a good segway into really anything. You see?

Triple H uses both quite frequently

I don't know if anyone has ever noticed this, but JR seems to make a lot of references to BBQ sauce, as well as a number of other southern hillbilly nonsense.

I notice the Rock and Mick Foley used "the fact of the matter is" alot back in the day.
Also, what is up with "hey, yo?"
Replace the phrases with something else and see what you get:
Well, guess what? = Well, you know something
The undeniable truth is = The fact of the matter is
Because if you haven't noticed = Cause you see
Hoo-rah!! = Woooooooo!!
Well, guess what? The undeniable truth is, Edge, I will win the money in the bank match because if you haven't noticed, I am younger and also better looking. Hoo-rah!!!!

Also, another wrestling promo cliche is "at the end of the day". Or "in this/that VERY ring" (worst offenders are Vince, Steph and Trips). Also, "when all is said and done".

True. The Rock did those two in sequence a hell of a lot, immediately followed by "when it's all said and done/when the smoke has cleared" AND THEN "in the middle of that ring". topped off by "if you smell...". It was like the 5 moves of doom of promos!
However, the one that irks me the most has to be "Okay?". You know, that stingy one at the end of a statement. Okay? Alot of the "newer" guys epecially have been using this as a placeholder far too often in their promos. It sticks out, Okay? Bryan was a huge offender, but has gradually weaned down and used it a lot less often. Okay?
As far as vets go, I think Orton uses it more than he should, as does Big Show.

Speaking of Big Show when he was heel he used to always remind us he was a 7 foot 500 pound monster/athlete/something else.
