Thats the official title for the new Indiana Jones movie.....

Apparently Shia Labouf let loose the news last night during the MTV VMA awards. Didnt see him announce it but read it on a movie site this morning.

Interesting title...

Yeah I watched him reveal it but I wasn't sure if it was true or not.

They did some filming around where I live. I could have swore it had a different name to it. But they could have set on this name instead.

It had better not be called that.

Ive worked on alot of movies that had different shooting titles than what they were released as..

Crystal Skull, there is quite the back story to that in real life. Interesting thoughts are running through my mind thinking about the legend of the Crystal skull as well as the legend of the Indiana Jones movies.

I know what you're saying. Start with one title and switch to another farther down the stretch.

But I think when they were here, the name they were running with was Temple of the Immortals or something really close to that.

Then again, there was Temple of Doom.

If that is the movie title, it might still change.

It's no worse that The Temple Of Doom.

They should get Mastodon to rework the title music

Sounds like House 2 to me.

I think this has more ring to it:

Indiana Jones and the sequel that should never have been made.

No, because Indiana Jones is not a horrendous faggot.

Could turn out to be good, but Harrison Ford's age makes him look less like an adventurous archaeologist than a man who should be working on some ranch in Texas.

He's held up pretty well. This and the new Die Hard have now fucked up two of my box sets.

Apparently the trailer is set to hit theaters soon....

A description of it has hit the net and its been reported on a few sites...

The trailer starts off with the Paramount logo, then shows the idol from the start of RAIDERS.

Words come across the screen and say, “He found the Ark…”

Then clips from TEMPLE OF DOOM as it says, “He survived the Temple…”

Then clips of the third movie and, “He saved the Grail.”

Then it shows a clip of a car pulling up and Indiana being thrown from the car. Then it says, “On May 22nd… he is back,” and it shows him picking up his hat and the silhouette of Indiana Jones. Cue theme song.

Some really fast action scenes follow, and the highlight is a car chase scene in the warehouse where RAIDERS ends. One quick shot shows a box that is labled “Roswell”. The trailer shows Cate Blanchett with dark hair ordering around troops.

The teaser then shows what looks to be a huge Mayan temple where the actors fall through quicksand, and the temple opens up and they start running down a long staircase where the stairs are coming out from the walls.

After some more quick action scenes, the trailer ends with Shia Labeouf standing at the bottom of stairs and looking up to Harrison Ford. Shia says, “I thought you said you were a teacher?!?!”

After two quick scenes where Indiana is punching a guy, it cuts back to Harrison and he replies, “Part time!”

Its not out yet on the net or in theaters...its a description that was sent in to Aintitcoolnews.com

That means that someone got a early glimpse at it and reported it....or that its complete BS. That trailer sounds pretty cool though so I hope thats the one we get to see.

I have one question though?

Does anyone think that warehouse you see them in is the same one from the end of Raiders?

I'm happy it feels like Indy. I was afraid it'd suffer from new-Star Wars syndrome.
