World Wrestling Entertainment signed 2007 Diva Search contestant Taryn Terrell, a New Orleans native, this week. After the Diva Search ended last year, Terrell had a one week training tryout down in WWE developmental. She's made a number of Playboy appearances in the past. For those of you who may not recall her offhand, you can check out pictures at this link...

I find it funny how the one who had the most talent, at least I think this was her, Jessica Hatch, doesn't even get signed.

Well, I liked Christy Hemme, Ashley could be worse, Layla is growing on me....did Melina come from the Diva Search or was that a different Melina?

All I'm saying is that I'll wait to see what they do with her before I give a shit in either direction. Contrary to popular belief, being a Diva Search contestant doesn't automatically make a girl awful.

I think she came from the first Tough Enough, along with John Morrison's abs.

Pretty solid talent pool in that Tough Enough, then. If only Matt Cappotelli never got that brain tumor.

Someone remind me- how did Maven win?

Anybody Thrilla

I think Maven won because he had the whole sympathy story with his very sick mother. Nowinski was the money ball in that bunch, but again, unfortunate circumstances. Odd how Matthews is still the one with a job....or is Nowinski still under the WWE's employ?

I think they send Nowinski out to places where they don't want people's company image to be an old man saying "woo", the middle finger, a man with super natural powers from the grave, a mexican, etc etc. I mean, think of how it would make the company look to someone who doesn't know what the company is really about. "Hi, I'm a former pro wrestler, a harvard grad, very well spoken, and a published author." It's better than "THE CHAMP IS HUR!"

I really enjoyed Nowinski's stint on WWE TV. I think he could have been really good with some development. Remember his debate with Scott Steiner?

Norwinski runs (pretty sure he runs it anyhow) an organization thats documents and researches the adverse affects of Pro-wrestling, they are the ones who did the autopsy on Benoit's brain which led to finding out that it was comparable to the of a 85 year old Alzheimer's patient.

At least thats true if Matt Boone is to be trusted...

I remember reading that article today.

I voided it as Nowinski stated steriods had NO effect on Benoits brian.

It's high impact sports overall, not just wrestling. The dude's website made me ask questions to my doctor to find out I have PCS.

If they cut half the useless Divas they sign and then scrap, money could be invested into resigning Steve Blackman...proven ratings draw. :shifty:
