Yea, so the original Hulk tv show with Bill Bixby and Lou Ferigno was the goods.

That's why I'm pumped to hear that the new movie is gonna be just about a direct adaptation of the show. Hulk will be more heroic, and human sized.

They even bought the rights to the Lonely Man theme from the end credits where he hitchhikes.

Above is Ed Norton, below is Bixby from the original show.

So I guess this thread is to testify to the greatness of the origina TV show, or to get all pumped up and share rumors and news for the new movie.

P.S. Robert Downey is gonna be in this as Tony Stark.

Hulk shouldn't be human sized.

Well he's gonna be like 8 or 9 feet. Meaning he's not going to be King Kong sized. I prefer a smaller version

I think that the size of The Hulk was one of the things they got right in "Hulk". They just needed to make him look less plastic and more real. I could live with him being a bit smaller, but he should still be just this massive bulk that makes anyone who stands next to him look tiny.

The TV show and associated movies were pretty great.
