I bet they're going to warrior him due to backstage "heat."

You could probably make a dvd just out of his promos and it would sell by the shitload.

Contrary to that you could make a dvd out of triple h promos and have to pay people to take them. Probably end up as an insomnia cure.

sounds good, but i hate the format of talk a little, have a match, talk a little more, have another match. austin's dvd set wasn't great for that reason, i wish they'd just go back to doing the bio type dvds and have matches as extras.

I'm buying this.

Well it doesn't call him Dwayne on it, so i guess alot of people will be happy and think there is still a chance of him returning.

It's a DVD of his Wrestling career, it doesn't matter what he goes by in the film industry. It'd be like releasing a Hogan DVD credited to Terry Bollea.

I would love a DVD like the Warriors that shits all over the Rock. I would laugh my balls off at everyone just saying bad shit about him.

Meh...don't think I'll bother with this.

Who am I kiddin'.....................JUST BRING IT!!!!!!

Why?

Because it would be like watching the Snake eat it's own tail. The Rock did amazing things for the business, but since he has independent aspirations that don't make money for the McMahon empire it would be interesting to watch them act like spoiled children and call him "over-rated" and talk about how "it's just a fucking elbow drop".

You know, a 2hr Xero Limit post about the Rock with video footage.

Personally, I loved the Rock. But he's also the 2nd most over-rated superstar of all time.

Rob

How exactly is he overrated? And would it be funny watching WWE burying one of the biggest stars in it's history who made them an insane amount of money and who was arguably the most professional star they ever had?

Good Ol JG

i'd say the rock is rated exactly where he belongs. nobody is saying he was ric flair in the ring, all that's usually is said is that he was "the most electrifying man in sports entertainment", and it's not something i can argue against. he was an entertaining guy that achieved a lot of success, that's how i remember him and i think that's how the wrestling business and fans will remember him.

WHAT?

REALLY?

YOU ARE FUCKING TOTALLY KIDDING ME RIGHT?

HOLY FUCK, I FEEL LIED TO AND CHEATED. DAMN THAT VINCE MCMAHON (IF THAT IS HIS REAL NAME). DAMN HIM TO HELL.

I just can't believe the Hulk is called Terry Bollea. I mean. WTF. No. Just no. I guess if you had to tell me this above, then noone in the world can know it.

I'm hard pressed to call one of the guys who made the Attitude Era work overrated.

You know, his response was funny enough, but he was evidently responding to my crack about "Heat" backstage. Just felt like pointing out the obvious.

I'm hard pressed to call one of the guys who made the Attitude Era work overrated.

I'd count this along to half of the guys who "didn't get the chance to be on top" as well (rather than say "who didn't make it work", cos I think they did in their own ways).

I've said before, the thing I always loved about the attitude era was there was storylines everywhere. It wasn't limited to like 5 or 6 fucking wrestlers. Matches were good, mic work was of it's best, tag team division existed, euro title was there and used, hardcore title... It had it all. It even had Steve Blackman.

Why isn't Rock V Austin from X7 on there? (or did I miss it?)

mrslackalack

The X7 Rock-Austin match was on Austins DVD in Feb and on the WWE Championship DVD in late 06 and lately WWE has been trying to to put the same match on DVD after DVD.

No Mummy Returns or Scorpion King?

Hard to believe considering he used to come to ring as a giant spider thing while saluting on the ramp.

Sellout.
