Nick Bollea sentenced today
Judge Philip Federico of the Pinellas County Court sentenced Nick Bollea to:
8 months in county jail starting immediately
5 years probation
500 hours of community service, none of which can be performed with public speaking
No alcohol consumption for five years
Drivers license revoked for three years
He was not given a felony on his record. Nick as he was leaving the courtroom said he was accepting of the sentence.

Seriously, all I have to say is what others have said. Dude should have gotten more than that. I don't hope he gets raped by someone with AIDs, but if that happened it wouldn't be a bad thing. It would be HIV Positive.

I'm glad he was sent to jail, but how is it that if you have millions of dollars you get special treatment? Any celebrity that is sentenced to jail for certain period of time gets out way before it were as a normal person who did the exact same thing gets a much harder punishment.

There's a joke about him trying to act black and his theme music will be an R&B version of his dad's theme, but it's too early to think of it.
