What's the actual release date?

If it's still a while off, I'll go snag it. If it's like, Tuesday, I'll wait.

Just finished watching it. Was kinda disappointed. Didn't really care for it.

I wish they would new eps, but movies work too I guess.

I'm guessing they'll start a new season either right after or just the next season after they do the four movies as a season on Comedy Central.

Though since they've shown the first movie in its entirety maybe they won't split them up as a season.

Kinda a let down imo.

This thread got my hopes up and dashed them all at once. I kinda wish Futurama never started making movies and just stayed cancelled. That way it was forever in it's prime. Bender's Big Score kinda sucked.

That's always a big issue when you re-launch something. Having to live up to the past standerds. Lucky for me the fan-boy in me is just happy to have the cheracters I love back in action, so I'm not affected.

Bender's Big Score was better the second time I watched it, and even better the third.

I don't know what it was, but honestly, I enjoyed it more with repeat viewings because I appreciated stuff that I either missed or didn't think of in the same way the first time.

Pretty much my thoughts on any show or game thats re-launched that i like. So i'm gonna d/l regardless of how shitty it could be compared to the older eps.

Lol, first half was fantastic, second half was still good but not as good. The coffee enema doctor and the dock joke were fucking hilarious. Also correct me if I'm wrong but weren't Fry and Leela supposed to be going out by the end of the first movie?

Must agree this was pretty disappointing. It's like they forgot the essences of the characters, much like the Simpsons did when it started to go downhill :-\

(IMHO)
