Was it just me or was the word scramble in the wwe graphic tonight the exact same color and font used in ROH?

I didn't care enough to make the comparison. YOu got a vid so I can see it again?

The only similarity I see is that they are both black and red

Why is this worthy of discussion?

This is exactly the type of nitpick I'm accustomed to expecting from typical ROH fans.

ROH has a scrabble? How many points is that?

lol monkeys in suits :)

but the font is also very similiar. I just think it's random that they'd pick those colors to represent a match they stole from roh.

You know, I was thinking, and if you look at the lineup... Kendrick and Cabana were in that match, as was Jimmy Yang.... MVP used to be in ROH.... I think there's a deeper meaning here.... WWE IS BUYING ROH!?!?!?!

:shifty:

Nah, there's nothing there... The font looks totally different, it's just the colors, which, by that logic, NWO Wolfpack is also in on this conspiracy.

On a total sidenote, I almost missed a typo of "Jimmy Yank." I think that would be a much better gimmick though...

Maybe so, maybe so. :(

But wouldn't it be awesome if they just used some tag teams to re up their division?

ROH would still find amazing tag teams, and the WWE tag team division would be 10000000000X better.

What a coincidence. I mean, red and black are pretty uncommon in pro wrestling lettering.

Indifferent Clox

It's not that they aren't uncommon it's that the font is blocked lettering, and it really seemed out of place with the rest of the font to me. I'm sure I am jumping to conclusions, but I would not be surprised if they chose this as some sort of in joke.

That's stupid and you're stupid for saying it.

The ROH Invasion - Invasion of the Jobber People

Not that I think that, but mainstream fans? Hell yeah.

WWE's locker room can mop the floor with RoH's anyway.

If wrestling were real I would entertain such a thought.

The thought of a monkey in a suit cracks me up. I don't even have to see it.

I personally thought it looked more like nWo wolfpac font. Do you think Nash could really be done with TNA?

Yeah, again...Multiple fonts that are distinct are unusual in WWE logos.

Seriously though the RoH font is kinda generic...

Destor

(not that I dislike it, the product isn't flash for the sake of and the logo should reflect that, but still)

Kane Knight

I remember when Population 1 Changed their name, a bunch of fans were bitching about how their logo was no more. Their logo was a big red one in Times New Roman. Not really even a logo.

MVP was in ROH?

What Would Kevin Do?

Yeah, back in the day, for a real short time. I never saw it, but I've heard he was real hit or miss.

Upon further inspection, he may have been wrestling for FIP, but he still had a handful of matches in ROH.

Clox, while it could be some sort of in-joke, it's not very likely.

Yup. Antonio Banks he was called back then in FIP.

NeanderCarl

Right... WWE stole the match from Ring of Honor, despite having already produced a strikingly similar match at WrestleMania 2000, two years before ROH was even formed.

And if you're just on about the word "Scramble", then so what?

Who gives a flying fuck?

Man, that graphic's in a world of pain. Remember when Umaga wore black and red a while back without getting HHH's permission?? Was jobbed out big time. And it hasn't got Randy Orton to defend it either :(

Obviously it's going to be HHH vs. Scramble graphic at Survivor Series. I can see it being built much the same way as Vince/Shane vs. HBM/God.
