Who is gonna be the new GM of Smackdown?

I'm petioning that they give Spike Dudley the job.

I guess Stephanie wanted more TV time. Unless it goes to Teddy Long.

It would be sweet if it was Teddy Long. He could finally give the black man a chance on SD... lok out for OJ as the new WWE Champion!!!!

Seems like its going to be Steph, which will suck, lets hope for Teddy.

Yea I would think now that Teddy Long is over there that he might get it or maybe Shane McMahon might get his chance.

I'll bet on Shane or Steph.

I think it will be Steph. That is why HHH is being moved there.

Now, My Question is why doesn't RAW get another pick since one of theirs quit?

When Teddy was the Sub-GM awhile back I thought it was ingenius. I say Teddy all the way...

Bradshaw would make a great Smackdown GM.

I'm sure he'd have his own special intiation for the guys coming over from Raw.

Vince isn't stupid enough to go with Steph. Shane on the other hand might. Maybe boy wonder will lust for Eddy's title and succumb to defeat in a valiant struggle in a flaming barbedwire explosive match, where he only loses because he misses a shooting star press off of a ladder onto a bed of tacs.

KingofOldSchool
03-22-2004, 11:46 PM
Shane is da' man.

Boondock Saint
03-22-2004, 11:47 PM
Story-wise, Vince took on his daughter in a match to get her out of the GM position, it wouldn't make much sense for him to appoint her again. ....But who knows. I'd much prefer Shane though.

Ol Dirty Dastard
03-22-2004, 11:48 PM
He's also a glory hound fuc</>k who can't wrestle without a shirt on, and steals the spotlight from guys who actually bust their asses. You don't think that all those cruiserweights could do those stupidassed bumps he can? Give me a break.

Boondock Saint
03-22-2004, 11:49 PM
Well if he was GM, I'd prefer he didn't wrestle. But I would be surprised if he didn't.

KingofOldSchool
03-22-2004, 11:49 PM
Who would you rather get hurt from doing one of those stunts?

Shane O'Mac or one of the cruiserweights?

Ol Dirty Dastard
03-22-2004, 11:50 PM
He doesn't get hurt though, they're all protected. So I'd rather see a cruiserweight get all the spotlight as opposed to some fat sac of crap who dances around like a fairy.

Ol Dirty Dastard
03-22-2004, 11:50 PM
BUT THAT'S JUST ME

Ol Dirty Dastard
03-22-2004, 11:51 PM
Oh yeah, there was that really stupid match he had with Angle, where he basically decimated himself. Since then he hasn't done anything like that, because he's too pussy.

KingofOldSchool
03-22-2004, 11:52 PM
Yeah too bad that match ruled.

Ol Dirty Dastard
03-22-2004, 11:53 PM
It was entertaining, but it was dumb.

If Heenan wasn't suffering like he was right now, imagine if they made him GM. OMG I WOULD GO NUTS

I hear ya on that one.

Kapoutman
03-23-2004, 12:05 AM
I'd like William Regal. His health is improving, he just isn't cleared to wrestle.

KingofOldSchool
03-23-2004, 12:07 AM
Regal is another good choice.

Kapoutman

Or retire Foley from wrestlign and make him GM. He rules as a goofy authority figure.

With Trips going to SD I'm sure it'll be Steph. The Steph character is, has, and always will be dddy's little girl.

I have a feeling Shane is going to be tied in somehow if they actually re-launch ECW. Y'know ...to piss off his dad he finds a clause that lets him bring back ECW and then re-hires Heyman.

Thjis actually feels a little too obvious so maybe I'm wrong.

Why didn't Paul use his trade deadline to gain control of SD? He could have said "Ok, ok. I give up. I'll trade you HHH for myself. WIth the way Bischoff reacted, I'd think that he'd be glad to come out ahead on the deal. I guess this is all so Heyman can be the GM of the New ECW though. With his quitting it almost seems set in stone now. As for SD, don't forget about Stone Cold. He's a good candidate for it, but there's a chance that whoever does get picked might not even be considered by any of us. They could bring in Jesse Ventura in for a while. Nobody knows.

I'd definitely be a SD! fan if Teddy Long becomes the GM. It's been so good not having Stephanie McMahon on TV and to have her return would hurt the draft lottery badly. At least it would make me not want to watch SD! I guess I'll just have to smoke one while she is on the tube. Let's start a petition to keep Steph off TV and for the black man to run the show. Teddy Long would do great!

I agree.

It couldn't be Teddy Long, cause there are no more black people (besides himself) on Smackdown. Ron Simmon (I can't spell his other name) got fired last week, Shelton got traded to Raw, and that was all the black dudes on Smackdown. For a while they had DVon and the Rock, but they also went to Raw. What is Teddy Long going to do? I guess he could always be extra racist towards the Mexicans.

Booker T., I think, is being traded to SD! for A-Train.

I'm hoping that it will be Teddy Long.

But then again - I don't get Smackdown so I could care less if it was Stephanie. :D

Big Show, he always seems to wear a suit- so would suit the corporate image. He has decent charisma, and his size would give realism to a role in which people respect him.. and..... oh hell, just for him to be a non-wrestler. PLEASE be Big Show, Bradshaw, Bob Holly, give them 2 minutes airtime each week and never ever any matches...

The new GM is gonna be Goldberg, now everybody that does more then 4 moves will be fired :shifty:

A-Train? :'( Please let it just be a rumor... I guess while he's having his matches I can always do other things. It might free up some time to experiment in self mutilation, because that's one of the many things I've written down on my list of "Things I'd rather do than look at A-Train."

Booker is leaving to open up some kind of breakdance studio or something.

Hoenstly, if Teddy Long is GM, I WILL CREAM MYSELF 10 TIMES!

Sadly, it will go to Steph or Shane.

The third option is to have Teddy be opposite Steph or Shane.

But as long as Teddy gets mad TV time, I will be a happy man. Ya feelin me?!
