Well it has always been my belief that being outside the ring in a match is against the rules, and the the count out is the amount of time you have to get back in the ring before getting disqualified. I mean if it was a regular way of winning the match, wouldn't a title change hands?

True, but I mean in definition to the upcoming Regal/Punk match. I mean knowing WWE, they could go with what KoOS said and not consider countout DQ just to have a storyline work. Hell, the could just have a DQ, and pretend Stephanie never said anything (sort of like Batista beating Coach a few years back, and JR still not getting his job back).

Still, while wrestling no longer really sets guidelines I things work, you can't prove anything, but I feel countout is considered in wrestling a DQ.
