But here is how I scored, I started everyone at 0.

Point are only counted for Televised matches.
+5 for WWE or World Heavy Title
+4 for ECW or TNA World Champion
+3 for any other title (I don't reconize the TNA Legends Title)
+1 for each week a title has been held (I started every champion off this week with 1)
+2 for Winning
-2 for Losing
+1 for being on the winning side of a tag match while not scoring the win personally
-1 for being on the losing side of a tag match while not losing the match personally
-1 for not winning an multiple competertor match while not losing the match personally
+1 for being in a ppv match
+ Half the value of the title for winning a non title match against a champion
+3 for winning Money in the Bank, the Royal Rumble (or any battle royal), King of the Montain, or any other simular specality match (losing such a match does not result in negative points)
+2 for lasting the longest in the Royal Rumble
+2 for eliminating the most people in the rumble
+2 for starting at 1 or 2 in the Rumble and making it to the final 4 in the Royal Rumble

More points can be added as we go.

BTW, I realize that is techincally 27, but this is the first week and as time goes on the scores should sperate. I have feeling Cena will dominate for a while.

It sickens me to see The Miz at 5.

It sickens me to see The Miz at 5.

Miz has been a champion for quiet some time, and I had started this earlier, or went back and figured points, Poochy would stay on the list, maybe even move up.

Do you need help with this? Seems to be a lot to undertake by yourself e.g. looking up all the results, determining who score the pinfall (tag match) etc.

Not that I'm offering any assistance, but I could volunteer Juan or someone. :shifty:

Oh, and props for doing this.

Actaully, it is fairly easy now that TPWW has quick results on the main page. It took the most time just setting it up. From here out it should be easy. Plus I'm a nerd and enjoy spreadsheets.

Oh I'm not disputing how the system works getting Miz to #5...it just kills me on the inside.

It is more suprising considering the fact that Sting is so low on the ranking. Well lets see if TNA books their champions in winning efforts.

BTW, if you are currently watching TNA or read the results, Team 3D win via DQ over Sting, so I gave Sting -2, and Ray and DVon +1 each as neither actaully beat Sting and since it was handicapped, I didn't feel they deserve the +2 (half the value of the TNA World title) that they would have otherwise gotten.

I think TNA should have their own due to WWE producing 3 more hours a week of wrestling than them.

You did that rather quickly. I'm impressed.

Technically that shouldn't matter though, seeing as guys like HBM, Triple H, and Cena are only on their respective shows. Not on all 3. Obviously, Miz and Morrison will most likely sky rocket up the rankings though.

Good list. I like it at least.

You know, I've been to worried about how to set it up, I failed to mention how I think the points will progress.

At the beginning of each with, the base score will be the accumulated win/lose scores (so winning streaks really help) and any special points they won (i.e. points for appearing on ppv, points for special matchs like the Rumble or Money in the Bank). Then add in the bonus for any title they might have, and weekly bonus for holding on to the title.

So recap - Wins, Loses, Special Points, and Weeks as reigning champion accumulative. Simply holding a title is is not accumulative. Also, as mentioned in the original thread, after a wrestler loses their title, they weeks they held it for tick down one week at a time until the reach zero or gain a new title. I do realize this rewards wrestlers that are constantly some sort of champion.

Good idea, i'm interested to see how this continues.

Honestly I'm not suprised about the top 4 at all. And I'm not all that suprised at how low Sting is, despite him being champion, TNA doesn't know how to book shit.

You know, I'm not sure if I gave Angle his points for beating LAX...or take away their points for losing. I'm going to revise this when I get home. I barely want to keep TNA in this because they never have a regular match.

Looks like a look a lot of work even if you say it isn't, well done with this.

It actually is a good comparison tool. From what you have posted already, it appears that WWE are keeping their champions looking strong whereas TNA are not.

I wouldn't miss them being in the list if you decided to chuck them out of it.

That was something I was thinking. I mean when you look at the list, who is the highest ranked TNA wrestler, Kong cause she is booked to win.

Who is the next highest rank TNA wrestler? Alex Shelley, James Storm, and Robert Roode in a tie, all with 4 points, their break out is 3 points for being X-Division Champion or Tag Team, and 1 point for holding it all week. They weren't involved in a match, therefore lost no point. While Sting is all the way at the bottom for losing his match this week. It will be interesting because if TNA simply forgets to book the X-Division Champions and Tag Champs while jobbing out Sting it could look very odd. Plus Angle is probably going to shoot up TNA's ranks because he always wins.

I'll do a full list at the end of every month. There is no point of doing on right now.

I think a lot of you are overlooking the fact that The Miz is amazing. You could even say he's aMIZing. I wouldn't say that, but you could is all I'm saying...

You know what could help. If someone could get me thumbnail sized jpegs off all the wrestlers so we can post the pictures too. Triple A has this on the main page, that would be nice. Maybe work in thumbnails of the title belts as well.

The Mackem

Yeah I agree, looks good on the main page though. Could do the thumbnails of the wrestlers with the belts?

Take them right off WWE.com. Here's Ziggler http://www.wwe.com/content/media/images/Superstars/29278/8817320. You'll have to host them elsewhere though.

I copied image location right from the list here. You can easily just save all of them to your computer.

No Shane?

Shane didn't wrestles, so much as beat up Orton. I'm not going to add in people who aren't on the current roster. That being said, RVD also wasn't counted.
