While not new, I have been listening to these two CDs pretty constant lately.

John Mayer - Continuum
A really good album. It has a hint of blues, while remaining modern. Really calming, well done and mature CD. Really nice to see that his music has evolved to suit fans who are getting older now.

John Mayer - Where The Light Is - Live in LA
Yeah, a live CD. It's got a lot of stuff from Continuum on it, but his live stuff is really just as good, and sometimes better than his album stuff. Just over 2 hours with both CDs. He does a lot of blues solos, and extends songs by a few minutes sometimes. Really good CD, and plenty of videos from the DVD up on youtube.

Some friends give me crap, but those who are more open minded about music don't. Several friends love his music, actually.

CDs, or albums? Cause I'm pretty sure he meant albums. Do you not listen to whole albums?

Nah I was being a pedantic fucker. But thinking of it, not very often I do listen to an entire album start to finish. Well on purpose anyways

I'm sorry, some of your artists do not appear to match up to TPWW Music Forum standards. Please amend the above post before one of our many witty followers is forced to post a hilarious retort in relation to your choices. Thank you.

Not really new, but sorta. Just plunked down a hefty sum for Pearl Jam's Ten "legacy" box. Lp's, shirt, dvd, cd's and all...

The newer old stuff sounds immense.
