Problem watching movies on my computer

I can hear the backround sound, but the actual dialogue is really low. It's very uneven. It's happend with DVD's and things i've downloaded. Music works fine. Ventrillo works fine. But I cant watch movies because of this. I upgraded my Media Player.

Hey thats awesome, but how do i get it to take the subtitles off my shit now?

There should be a little green arrow that pops up when you play a video. Right click the arrow and select the option for turning subtitles off.
