Jim Cornette makes some very interesting points here. They are all well intentioned and ultimately for the better of society, but the problem here is that in order to fix all of these things it costs money. Now I don't know about everyone else, but I'm not in the business of bailing out people who make stupid choices with my tax money. I'm also not on board with allowing homosexuals to freely marry each other and continue to further every disease and negative impact they have brought to society. I'm not going to site all the stats on that here; those interested can look it up. In fact I shouldn't use the word 'they' in that sentence. Being gay does not put you in any particular group or race, as many of the folks fighting for that cause are trying to make it seem. It's all SCIENCE, as Cornette put it. The penis goes into the vagina.....end of story.

Is Cornette a politian? Has he ran for public office? He hasn't? Hmmm, did Joey Styles do anything or say anything to hurt or offend Cornette on a personal non-political level? He hasn?

Oh, then maybe he should shut the fuck up.

Also, why does Cornette feel the need to rag on Joey Styles commenting style during this rant. I guess I don't understand why Cornette feels the need to attack Styles personally.

Everything he said makes sense to me..... but American politics aren't exactly my forte, being Canadian and all.....all I know is Canada loves Barack

I don't, Barak hasn't gotten me my free health care yet.

So with thousands of years of human advancement, with all the great scientific, sociological, political and cultural ideals we've come up with... You think the idea of homosexuality being wrong can be summed up by saying: "The penis goes in the vagina."

Much like Cornette states about the importance of a women’s right to choose if she is ready to birth a child, a man or a woman has the right to follow their natural instinct and go with whichever gender makes them happy.

I don't believe in gay marriage. Marriage, by definition, is the union of a man and a women coming together under their chosen God. So to have a gay marriage is impossible. You couldn't make a hot ice-cream, for example.

But still, same sex couples should be entitled to civil partnerships, and the same benefits that the country or state would grant a married couple. As all men and women are entitled to freedom of speech and expression, to resist such rights for homosexuals would be unconstitutional at best.

As for the spreading for STD's from gay people... Well, I'm not gay, you're not gay... So what’s the fuss? Either way, condom use and information is on the rise in the western world.

I've never bought into this whole anti-gay thing. More women for me. (In theory.)

I don’t have a problem with chicks kissing, either. Or the thought of Mickie James having a munch on Trish Stratus' tuna taco. :naughty:

Well yeah, it's Science*

*Science should not be confused with actual scientific research and advancement, since both have demonstrated that homosexuality is an inborn condition, which would totally contradict the aforementioned "End of story" statement that "penis goes in the vagina" as retarded and backwards.

(actually, it's kinda funny watching backwards cunts back up their cave-dwelling logic with "it's science.")

Anyhow, there is a reason he is a character on a wrestling show and not someone important.

Well said by Jim fucking Cornette. It's people like Styles, BDC, and Limbaugh who won't give the fucking president a god damn year to administrate and expect shit to be fix in a matter of weeks. BDC, as much shit as you talk on here, you have the nerve to get on Cornette about attacking someone lol. And the only reason Cornette probably isn't a politician is because he makes too much fucking sense like Obama. God, i'm glad we got that oil needing motherfuck out of office.

Cornette was dead on it. Had 8 years of a dumbass who couldn't talk for shit, stole a fucking election and pissed on the Constitution more blatant than anything i've ever seen. I bet people that i mentioned above would rather have 8 more years of hell than 10 motherfucking months of something new and that can actually work if time is given. For fucks sake, lets go back in history to the Great Depression. Learn from your mistakes America.

You know, it's true. Obama couldn't do everything in 6 months. But you know what he could do?

More.

A lot more.

You see, Obama promised to repeal DADT, and he has remained fairly silent on the matter. Even as congress is urging him to suspend implementation (within his power), he's doing nothing. DOMA? Similar deal.

Well, that's just gays, right? He's pleased everyone else, right?

Inaction in the financial sector, where he's still pandering to the corporations and a minority opposition has cost him at the polls. I don't expect him to fix everything in 6 months, but he is throwing bad money after good.

Credit card bill of rights? Didn't address the most important elements, the "bait and switch" tactics and high interest rates.

Iraq? Shifted the goalposts.

Health care. As long as he's bringing insurance companies and the AMA to the table, there will be no progress...Just promises. We could have health care by now. If not a plan in action, we could have created it. Right now? We're just spinning our wheels.

Renewable energy. Has he done anything but talk a good game here?

Civil rights. He's done little to actually repeal what Bush did. Yeah, he closed Gitmo, but doesn't want to release a lot of the people. So how does that change the problem? He doesn't want to obey the law and Constitution by investigating torture. This is his responsibility and he's not doing it.

Seriously, most of his policies have been weak ass compromises that are pissing off the people who gave him time. Most of his promises are being ignored. Most of what Bush did is still in place. Don't make excuses for him. Rush may never give him a break, but a lot of people did, and he's letting them down. I hope four years of weak Democracy is worth eight of another Bush, because that's what you're supporting. Some of these would take an hour to rectify, but hey, he can't get everything done so...we should not expect anything, I guess?

Exactly my god damn point. You are a prime example of the generation of "quick gratification". Maybe you can do fucking better, KK.

The man is basically in the same state as FDR and Clinton. Both were given fucked up situations and its not going to take a fucking 6 mo, or a year for that matter to clean it all up. You want to bring up what he hasn't done in a 6mo period. Let the man do his thing. Did Bischoff get WCW going head to head and/or better than the WWF in the mid '90s? No, dumbass. People think that doing a switch-around is so god damn easy. Its called brainstorming and weighing out pros and cons of shit. Rome wasn't built in a day, the depression took almost two decades to get out of, and Obama doesn't have a staples "easy" button. After about two years, if some shit hasn't happened, then go on that. Jesus Christ, just because you're glued to Fox, CNN or whatever every god damn day because you have nothing better to do doesn't mean you KNOW everything. You don't know what this man or his administration could be cooking up behind closed doors. You just want everything given to you on a silver fucking platter in a matter of two weeks. When was the last time YOU had to make a hard decision other than watch porn or get on TPWW?

I am not trying to make excuses for the man, but wtf. Jimmy Johnson had a 1-15 losing fucking season before the Dallas Cowboy dynasty started. Do you think Bill Belichek (sp?) won superbowls or had winning seasons before he went to New England? Its about starting from stratch because you want to ERASE everything the other person did to fuck it up and go from there. The man has common fucking sense, which alot of leaders in this "free" world don't have, he is level-headed and not ready to push the red button every 5 fucking seconds, is VERY smart, i mean i'm not going to go on and display every talent the man has but just based off of that shit, i'm feeling pretty comfortable about him and what his plans are. Jim Cornette was dead fucking on and people like KK expect a fucking gift basket of fucking problems solved on their doorstep by tomorrow. If you were any type of person that thought logical, you would keep paying your fucking taxes, keeping money flowing into the country, try getting your ass out of your fucking house and into a gym so we can get affordable healthcare going so guys like you won't hog it all up with your clogged arteries and overweight health issues and let the fucking man do his job. How about that???

Jesus Christ, i definitely value opinions. I really do. But when people don't even give you time to do your fucking job and want to be critics, fuck off.

yes. Quick gratification. because while I don't expect him to do everything at once, I expect him to do things like "not break promises," which he's done, and not violate his own time tables, which he's also done. Sure sounds like quick gratification to me. :p

What he has done has not lived up to his promises. What he hasn't done, he has ignored or actually spent energy doing the opposite.

This is not about quick gratification. Please, there are plenty of reasons to bitch abotu my beliefs. Making shit up is not one. And yes, you are making excuses. Even worse, you're saying "well maybe he lied on the issues you mentioned, but maybe he'll turn it around because of a poorly contrived sports metaphor."

Also, I'm not sure about better, but I could sure as fuck keep my promises by not doing things like the exact opposite. Then again, Obama has groupies to defend him.

Besides, the fact that some of the biggest issues are ones that could be feasibly dealt with (if not solved) by now means that it's not about instant gratification. If there's a hole in your roof and you hire someone who says it'll be done by Friday, you're not impatient for being pissed when it's Sunday and your bedroom is flooded because the roofing guy was busy picking a dog or posing for ABC.

I bet you have some type of beef with your mom because she hasn't taken you to the batting cage or something yet. Breaking fucking promises, when the man finishes his term and didn't do something he said he'd do, then he broke a god damn promise, moron.
