I've got both games on my PC right now with all the expansions. It's a really fun game.

God yes...turned this standard "go through a loop forwards and then backwards" coaster into a "go through the loop forwards, ride around the entire park, then go through it all backwards" coaster.

Yeah, I've seen videos and whatnot of 3, and it just doesn't seem like it has what RCT 1 and 2 had. I'm more interested in the gameplay than shiny graphics and being able to "ride" the rides, which are really the only advantages I see in 3.

Played 2 yesterday and gonna play more in a bit. Still awesome.

Theme Hospital was awesome, need to get that.

Yeah FUCK only RCT3 for Mac, just downloaded it and am not liking it AT ALL

It's in 3D yet somehow has shittier graphics than #2 - plus it runs like shit despite the fact that I have a 6 month old laptop.

I loved Theme Hospital.

It's apparently quite difficult to get it running on modern OS's though. Hmm, wonder if I can get it running.

RCT 1 & 2 + their expansions was INCREDIBLE.

One of my favorite games when I was younger. Hell, even my mom liked playing it. For a while, she was better at it than me cause she was all about decorating and making her park LOOK pleasant. :'(

lol yeah. I'm the type of player who goes for perfecting the business side of things and the layouts. I never really gave two shits about putting plants or making these elaborate entrances for rides or whatever. Outside of transcans, lights and benches I rarely ever put anything.

And fuck hiring a janitor who mows. Waste of money.

I have it for Windows and the graphics are actually really nice running on a Nvidea card...but it just doesn't perform very well. Constant slowdowns. I thought it was mainly due to the specs on my system, but I've read that even higher end users have performance issues with it. Design faults, I'm guessing.
