As bad as it is for Crosby, the NHL is a bit better now than when Crosby debuted in terms of marketability. Winter Classic alone became a huge event for the NHL.

They still have Ovie and could switch to Malkin as the new face considering he's just as important to the Penguins (and potentially even bigger) as Crosby is. They also have Seguin, Hall, Kessel, and a few other great young players to promote instead of just over relying on Crosby.

Stamkos would be new face of canadian hockey. Serious loss for hockey though if Crosby retires. As much as I hate the guy, I respect his ability and what he brought to the game.

Carey Price was great all mic'd up. Loved Pat Kane's Superman shot too.

Yah I watched that entire game cause I knew those fukwit Bruins would get pissed and do something shadey and sure enough Lucic didn't disappoint. That was horseshit. I know Kaletta was being an annoying prick all game, but come on.

Man I laughed my ass off when Kaletta put Chara into the goalie net and then Chara came down center ice along the bench and destroyed Kaletta like 10 seconds later. That was hilarious.
