What was that weird sound Haku used to make?
 

Just about any of his matches you can hear him constantly make a sound that goes along the lines of "ush eh ah aha hu". Anyone know what the reason behind this was? Even in his wwf days when he was King haku he made the sound, seems to be something he's always done. :wtf:

Maybe it's just the way he breathes.

Meh, its something i always noticed in his matches, its pretty audiable for the most part as well.

Probably a technique he used to help cover when he was calling spots.

Haku was part of a group of teenagers sent by the King of Tonga, Tāufaʻāhau Tupou IV, to go overseas to Japan to study Sumo wrestling. Coincidentally, The Barbarian was also part of that group. He was a legit sumo wrestler from 1974-1976, under the name Fukunoshima.

I was vaguely amused when Santino used to yell things in the middle of his matches. Like he'd get back body dropped but before he landed he'd yell "OHHHH MY GAAAWD" or "THIS IS GONNA HURT A' SO MUCH!"

He is a savage (gimmick) and savages make weird sounds...I dunno.
