Official kickoff tonight. Packers vs Saints - 8:30 PM on NBC

I don't think they could have picked a btter game to kick things off. I'll definitely be watching with beer in hand and a fantasy stat-tracker up on the laptop.

Would have rather seen Steelers vs Ravens, but I'm biased as a Steeler fan. Too bad we shit the bed in the Super Bowl.

Ravens/Steelers is exactly like the Colts/Texans game last year

loser of the Super Bowl on the road for a Division game vs a team that they've pretty much dominated as of late. Texans took it to the Colts and I have every reason to believe that the Ravens will beat the Steelers just the same.

Did I mention that both my $40 and $20 money league teams are playing against Aaron Rodgers tonight? Yikes. Rough day today.

I dont understand why in the interest of safety they moved the kickoff making just about every kickoff a touchback, so why not just end kickoffs and start everyone at the 20 all the time.

Some more priceless NFL drama. It's great to be back.

The opener was great in terms of offense and how good Brees and Rodgers are but wow Saints D was horrible while Pakcers started to slack off near the end.

I bet the Chargers sort of regret letting Sproles go instead of trying to keep him after today.

That was a fantastic game last night. Really pumped for Sunday.

I picked up Devery Henderson before the game. He had 6 catches, 100 yrds and a score. According to yahoo he was owned by 1 percent of teams.

But Lance Moore could be back soon.

I think that depends on if Deangelo Williams can get back to form. I also think the pickup of Greg Olsen and Jeremty Shockey provides some decent options for Newton. I see potential to improve a lot compared to that bum Matt Moore and Brian St. Pierre. Not enough to make playoffs or anything though.

The Colston fumble and the stupid play action call on 4th down cost us the game.. Loving Darren Sproles right now.. All three of our main RB's looked good.. Was disappointed in these new "run stuffing" DT's (Rodgers and Franklin).. Also, even though Roman Harper is amazing at the line of scrimmage, 2nd in sacks amongst active DB's, he is getting torn up in coverage..

It was a fun game to watch and good to see the offense scratch and crawl their way back in.. Defense actually didn't look that bad.. Some of the throws/catches the Pack made were unreal.. Oh well, on to the Bears..

I picked him up and started him yesterday. Very happy.

Well, he was our deep threat until we drafted Meachum.. Kinda a 50/50 if it's a long route.. The only problem with using a Saints WR in Fantasy, Brees spreads it around so you never know who's gonna have a big day.. If I had played this year, I would have def gone after Jimmy Graham.. Henderson is a solid WR though..

RP you got pretty lucky. With teams like the saints, theres no consistent receiver on the team game to game because theres so many that they get the ball spread too thin or another guy gets hot in the game. This happened to me with deverey a couple years ago where i picked him up a week after he had a monster game and he never even came close to that the rest of the year.

No. I've seen enough of him to know he's average at best. I want them to go get Warner, but I'm not completely out on Kerry Collins. I need to see him this week.

Don't get me wrong. Garrard is a tough Qb. But he's not a good fit for Indy.

I think Seattle is most likely to end up trading for him. He's Pete Carroll's boy so you know Pete would be willing to overpay, especially since he's rolling with T-Jack right now.

Looks like Plaxico's personal feud with Giants coach Coughlin hasn't ended because today he "trashed" Coughlin in an interview. Coughlin basically doesn't care about the feud between the two.

He also doesn't like Eli Manning but its more of him feeling Eli just ignored him while in prison unlike other Giants players at the time. Supposedly Eli is giving the excuse of him always being busy and the 1 phone call after Plax left jail as a good enough reason.

Doubt it. From what Irsay said a couple other guys have had the surgery and gone on to play the next year. Think it more so comes down to if Peyton wants to at 35.

I think the Colts have a monster chip on there shoulder right now. They've sat back and listened to everyone bury them for the last week. I've seen interviews with Freeny and Saturday and I've never seen them come off as pissed as they did. I think Freeney is going to have an amazing game tommorow.

I think the Colts are about to punk the Texans tommorow. I think Collins is going to be ok. Addai has had the best training camp/pre season of his career. I think he's going to be great tommorow. I think the Colts are going to get a early lead and then Freeney and Mathis are bringing hell with them. I also think Ernie Sims is going to lay some tone setting hits.

Colts are going to punk the shit out of these choke artists.

If I made millions of dollars a year I don't think I'd complain about having to practice...especially since the rule changes now don't even allow coaches to practice their players for more than two consecutive days.</font>
