If anyone knows, it was a PS1 fighting game that was cancelled beacause wusses thought it was "too violent". It was awesome, I remember waiting so hard for it after reading about it in a magazine. But then it NEVER came out :(

So today now that more violent games are accepted, do u think Thrill Kill could be released?
i think it would be amazing. I remember it was my #1 wanted game back then :(

Get the Wu-Tang game for PS1, same engine. And it was actually kinda fun.

Loved that game. Dominated my friends with Method Man :cool:

I remember playing it when I was a child and, even then, I thought it was utter trash. I've not played it since but I doubt my opinion would have changed if I had.

The story behind the game was that all of the playable characters were evil and they had to fight to escape a death sentence or to get into hell or some junk like that.
This explained the crazy hillbilly, the killer S&M wife and the evil surgeon. It didn't explain the conjoined twins.
If you finished the game with one of the characters, it showed you what they did that was so evil. Apparantly, the conjoined twins are evil because they caused their mother to die during childbirth. Not sure how that qualifies as evil.

I didn't really think the gameplay was anymore violent than the likes of Mortal Kombat or certain things on tv. It just sucked.
If they had released it, it would have been panned and any sales would have been because of some mainstream media outcry about it.

Yah but the point is that I wanted a crazy violent game even more violent than MK.

Developers arent making good games these days. They can make A LOT of money if they make a good advanced sex game and a good EXTREMELY violent fighting game, something where u can rip ur opponents arms off and beat them up with their own arms.

Yeah, thats just what we need, more ultra violent games with little to no story, that can be easily targeted by media/old senators/people named Jack to show how violent games make kids. And to blame school shootings on. Etc, etc.

So were gonna let old people/media/jack etc kill off fun games?

MK is old tho. I own MK2, MK3 and Ultimate MK3 and played all out of em.

But we need something new and 3D. Most of the violence in MK is only in fatalities, but I want a game where u can have fatalities in mid game as regular moves.

Also I cannot get out it out of my mind, I keep reading therapist, as The Rapist.

If you can't have fun playing video games without ridiculous and unnecessary amounts of violence and gore, then that is a personal problem, and not something wrong in the industry.
