NHL - I myself as a Habs fan hate the Leafs, my god it frustrates me to no end how they get so blindly supported after all the shit they put their fans through.

NBA - Utah Jazz - I remember watching years ago, Chicago playing them in the playoffs and winning. Last NBA game I ever watched.

NFL - New Orleans Saints - I only recently started being a casual football fan and Requeim got me rooting for the Colts, so I was a bit disappointed after the Superbowl. Not hate, but more dislike.

MLB - Yankees - Sorry peeps on here who are fans, but I cant stand the team at all. When and if I do watch the once in a blue moon baseball game, its the Red Sox vs Yankees.

I'm a Red Sox fan and I actually hate the Rays as much as I hate the Yankees.

The Lakers as well. Cant stand them.

Maybe its the whole Kobe Bryant thing.

Also, Miami Heat, because Lebron James dragging out his signing.

Same for who Kovalchuk signs for, christ the wait is getting on my nerves.

As a boy growing up and being a passionate Newport RFC season ticket holder I hated Cardiff with a passion. And the fact they always beat us by like 2 points every time. Add that it was our biggest derby game every season, I really fucking hated them. This is back in the good old days of professional club rugby in Wales. Rivalries are almost non existent these days with the regions :(

Never really properly hated another team in sports though. I guess I really dislike the Miami Dolphins.

Sounds like most of you hate teams that are usually champions in their league.

I dislike the Yankees and Rays because they are rivals of the Red Sox.
I dislike the Colts and Jets because they are rivals of the Patriots.
I dislike the LA Lakers because they are rivals of the Celtics.
I dislike the Giants because of NY and Superbowl 42.
I dislike the Canadiens because they are rivals of the Bruins.

I dislike the Cowboys as a franchise, mostly because of Jerry Jones and Tony Romo. I just can't stand the Cowboys. Dunno.
I dislike the Miami Heat because, well, I hope they never win a damn thing. Let's just leave it at that for now.

So most of my hated sports teams are directly related to my hometown teams. I don't hate teams or cities just for winning championships, since I'm from a city that gets that all the time.
