They didn't have it in the last game either.
They seemed to really fuck up with the pinning option last year.
They added the ability to go into a pin on certain moves like power bombs and suplexes, which was great. As a trade off though, they seemed to get rid of ALL other pinning moves, including top rope pins, school boys, small packages, etc.
