It claims to be "100% Official Merchandise" on the back, and on the front, it's item ID name is "Baptista Scream blk-tshrt". Also, behind the WWE tag at the neck, there's a Fruit of the Loom tag.

At the "Hot Topic" stores here in Puerto Rico, they sell the CM Punk "Best in the World" shirts, and behind the WWE tag at the neck, they have a Fruit of the Loom tag, too.
I wonder if this is all connected somehow...if WWE makes these shirts and sends them out to stores or something.
