Yeah Yahoo historically errs on the side of adding eligibilities to players as opposed to removing them.

Typically you'll see players gain eligibility throughout the course of the season (after 5, 10, 15, whatever their benchmark is for games started at the position), but they won't take someone's eligibility away until after the season is done. Marques Colston being TE-eligible was a fun year in fantasy football.
