Probably drop the franchise as a whole for a while since I think Patriots was meant to be a reboot or change in direction for the Six series.

Think Ubisoft actually owns the Tom Clancy name in regards to games so they don't have a strict requirement to make games unlike EA with the NFL or THQ/Take Two with the WWE who only own licenses for those series.
