At this point, WWE.com seems to be a blend between kayfabe and real life. Everybody knows the people are just playing characters.

I doubt they'll acknowledge Natalya being married. Much like I doubt they'll say John Cena and Daniel Bryan are banging the Bellas. The relationships will be acknowledged on the diva show, which is based on the backstage/"real life" scenarios the divas go through, but not on Raw or SmackDown.
