1. Really depends on the part of the head being used on what part of the body. When Cesaro was headbutting people in the face, that was fine, because that's actually a legit (and absolutely devastating) use of a headbutt.
2. There was an episode of Wipeout! one time that had the door knocker, which was a bit where they open a door and a big hammer would knock them into the water. A Samoan came up to that part, took the hammer to the head and kept running forward. My reaction was "Way to live up to the stereotype!"
