1) The on-going fallout from 38 Studios took another turn recently as a legal case involving the state of Rhode Island and a firm involved in the studio's $75 million loan ended with the firm getting $4.4 million as a settlement deal.

2) The Game Bakers studio reveals their recently released game called Squids Odyssey is the first game on the eShop to support a Cross-Buy feature and also hinted Nintendo will allow others to do the same in the near future for their games. There are some catches though as the deal is currently available only for Europe's eShop and only the Wii U version would be free.

3) Based on a recent job posting, 343 Industries is currently developing another new Halo game which was teased to be a spin-off title.
