At least you can sell the qualifying matches in a different way. The Authority can agree to let them try to qualify because they are "fair" but in actuality they can make them both go up against steep competition to earn their way in. At least that creates some semblance of a story as opposed to just throwing people in with no explanation because they've left themselves with 2 weeks between PPVs.

And supposedly there are going to be more than 6 participants in the match anyway. Will the rest have to qualify? If so, why did the men selected get an immediate bypass into the match but not the others? I know WWE is aware that its casual audience won't question it but it feels like a bit of a plot hole to me.
