Axl Rottens fanilly sues WWE!?

Quote:
Bloomberg.com reports that WWE is being sued by Jimmy Snuka and multiple other wrestlers. The claim is that the company hid the long-term effects of brain injuries from in-ring performances.

ProWrestlingSheet.com revealed the list of names which include: Paul Orndorff, Chavo Guerrero Jr., Bryan Clark aka Adam Bomb, Ahmed Johnson, Kamala, Dave Hebner and Earl Hebner, King Kong Bundy, Ken Patera, Sabu, Ax and Smash, The Berzerker, Shane Douglas, Muhammad Hassan, Henry Godwin, Mark Jindrak, Marty Jannetty, Heidenreich, Mantaur, One Man Gang and the estate of Axl Rotten.

The lawsuit, which was filed in a New Haven, CT federal court on Monday, is accusing WWE of failing to care for the reoccurring head injuries "in any medically competent or meaningful manner” as well as misrepresenting and concealing the nature of long-term neurological injuries they suffered as a result of their careers.

A statement in the lawsuit stated that WWE "placed corporate gain over its wrestlers’ health, safety and financial security, choosing to leave the plaintiffs severely injured and with no recourse to treat their damaged minds and bodies.”

A WWE rep issued the following statement to ProWrestlingSheet.com:

“This is another ridiculous attempt by the same attorney who has previously filed class action lawsuits against WWE, both of which have been dismissed. A federal judge has already found that this lawyer made patently false allegations about WWE, and this is more of the same. We’re confident this lawsuit will suffer the same fate as his prior attempts and be dismissed.”

I don't recall Axl ever being in WWE, and Jimmy sure is contempt to sue people huh?
