Nicholsan's Joker is kind of a mix between the non-murderos joker of the early years, and the current psycho version. Although it is infuenced much more heavily by the former.

Ledger's Joker seems to be taken 100% from the current version(I'm assuming) so it's kind of unfair to compare which actor will nail the part better. But I'm guessing Ledger's will be more enjoyable. He's probably one of the most versitale actors in hollywood today, and I believe he'll nail it.
