Honestly that's the only way I can see it happening at this point. Toby returns from jury duty and when Holly has to move back, Michael either quits or receives a surprising job offer to move to Nashua...probably the latter as it would be easier to work Michael into a guest appearance (like another company picnic or something).

For whatever it's worth, Jenna Fischer said that there's going to be more to it than somebody new coming in and taking over. Seems to suggest that there will be an internal promotion, possibly with a new cast member replacing whoever gets moved up.
