New details in regards to the upcoming Tony Hawk HD set was revealed with the game expanding to include stuff from Tony Hawk 3.

Originally the plans were to only to use the first two games in the series as the source for the HD remake but Activision recently approved parts of Tony Hawk 3 to be added to the game.

Only levels from Tony Hawk 3 and supposedly the ability to revert will be added to the HD remake from the game. The levels will not be available once the game is released but instead as part of a post-launch DLC pack.

Activision answered that question today by announcing that Tony Hawk HD will get Tony Hawk 3 levels after all... as DLC. Initially, DLC wasn't even something that had been announced for the game, but now it appears that following the game's launch, a selection of levels from Tony Hawk 3 will get the HD treatment.
Similar to how the levels for Tony Hawk 1 and 2 were selected for the remake, Activision will allow voting to be done for Tony Hawk 3 tracks on the official Facebook page for the game.

No status on the soundtrack was revealed but Activision did hint weeks ago they are working on trying to get some of the classic songs descended for the game.
