Mostly because it's got the Sky Box Office logo on it and the start time as 1am and the WWE never do that on their posters.

There is another TLC poster out there claiming to be official. It has Randy Orton on it and a different TLC logo. But all the legal mumbo-jumbo that's at the bottom of the poster has "© 2009 WWE, Inc. All Rights Reserved" so it's obviously just a fan made poster.
