I thought the Jets were the last in the pecking order for the final AFC spot? My understanding was that it was Bengals, Raiders, Titans, Jets.

If that's the case I could definitely see the Titans getting in. The Ravens have something to play for and the AFC West is essentially unpredictable so the Chiefs could easily go over the Raiders. Texans meanwhile are going to be resting everybody to avoid any more injuries.
