Titans don't need to worry about the Jets (current tiebreaker is common games record) but they still need a loss by whoever becomes #2 in the West (Denver or Oakland) and Cincy to lose.

Even if Cincy does lose and the Titans win, Cincy can still take #6 due to holding the tiebreaker over Tennessee as long as the Jets lose and whoever is #2 in the West also lose.

Jets need everyone ahead of them to lose in order to trigger their tiebreaker advantage against Cincy. They don't have any with Tennessee nor Oakland.
