Most of the time, they do. The UK got Super Paper Mario 5 or 6 months after the US and we had a game freezing glitch on level 2-2. Thats the only time I can recall a Nintendo game having a serious bug in it though.

They said they would put up an address for UK gamers to send the glitched game to and they would send a working copy back to them for free but I still can't find the address anywhere online. Nevermind, I'm trading it in for the Simpsons game anyway.
