The wonderful thing about the 80's that it was a very UNIQUE decade.

ANYTIME you hear an electronic beat produced over a synthesizer your brain immediately thinks...hey that's an 80's song!

The TV in the 80's wasn't the best but it totally trumps the 20's and 30's (see what I did there). Some of my favorite shows debuted in the 80's including Wonder Years, Simpsons, Roseanne ect...

Fashion...how can you not look back on the 80's and smile remembering your older brothers senior picture with the flock of seagulls hair do or seeing how many cans of hairspray your sister would go through to get her hair to reach the ceiling. It is not really attractive anymore but it sure is a trip and I would never call 80's fashion bad...because it was the thing at the time....


in 30 years you might look back on baggy jeans, giant sneakers with no shoe laces in them & backwards baseball caps and cringe the same way some do at 80's fashion.


I'm still hoping that Zuba pants become popular again so I don't get so many stares when I run to the gas station.
