This is going to be a weird question, but have you frequented Pornhub at all recently?

I was on there id say a year ago and caught a virus that did exactly what you are describing. It masks the firewalls and will not let you do any sort of scan whatsoever to rid yourself of it, even in safe mode.

Also, when you scan with windows defender it finishes your scan quickly with a lot less files scanned then your computer has and I believe says you need to download some antivirus or buy some upgrade or some bullshit.
