And even the most stripped down of those devices with a high def touch screen tends to cost, so that's kind of a moot point. Though you just reached Fignuts level bullshit, but still.
And if we're talking inclusive functionality, one of the reasons 1:1 controls weren't possible with the Wiimote is the tech was too expensive. As it is, it still boosts the user price up 20 bucks, so unless they want to abandon functionality or take a hit on hardware, taking Wiimote functionality on top of an HD touch screen will have cost issues. Yeah, WMP is cheaper now, but it's still relatively expensive, and last I knew profit margins were slim.
