So I guess the 'levels' of each rank take longer as you keep going. IE; warrant officer 1 goes faster than 2, which goes faster than 3.. but then captain grade 1 goes fast again like warrant 1.
Cause according to bungie.net it's only like 22,000 for captain grade 1 even though it was freaking 66,000 to get to captain.
