I believe it's legit.

I was just thinking of replacements and on SmackDown, the only real heels are Slater, Mahal and Kidd.

But seeing as the brand split doesn't really mean much now, I think maybe Brodus Clay will be the replacement. He has his debut tonight so he might debut by attacking someone on Team Orton or be introduced by Barrett as Christian's replacement and then go to the ring and fuck shit up.
