I made no comment about his acting skills. Just an observational comment about how he looked. Wearing ugly shirts and jeans and having a messy, moppy hair cut made him look like he was still stuck in the 70s after he got of jail. But then again you said you haven't seen the the prior seasons so you wouldn't know what I'm talking about.
