I won't lie, I couldn't tell what his gimmick was supposed to be when I first watched that vignette, and I couldn't understand why people were loving him so much. I thought he was just some creepy guy walking around the Florida Everglades.
Based on that video and the video above where he references Jesus, he definitely comes off as a creepy southern preacher/cult leader from a movie.
