The opposite could be true that if the Saints didn't have 5 turnovers, they probably would be having a huge lead considering the 49ers only have a 6 pt lead as of now.

4 turnovers from the Saints in the 1st half only generated a +3 in the score for the 49ers.

A lot of doubt for the Saints did occur once it was revealed the field condition would be a bit muddy or sloppy which hurts the Saints more than the 49ers.
