Main problem I see is that some of the Colts main starters will likely be close to retiring about the time Peyton retires, or shortly after even. On the upside, a young offense could be tailored around Andrew Luck instead of trying to fit him into a Peyton Manning style offense. With several years to learn from the master, Luck could potentially be a dominating force very quickly when he steps up to be a starter. It could be very beneficial to pick him up now, and use the next several years to start filling spots that could potentially be empty around the time Peyton leaves.
Really liked this season's drafts, though it appears 2 of them went out with an injury last game. Don't know what they're looking like for the rest of the season, but by next season and with Peyton back, Colts are going to be scary and pissed. Texans and Titans better enjoy their time in the spotlight fighting it out. Peyton is gonna be back with a vengeance.
