I tend to keep things on my laptop to a minimum and usually delete whatever films I've downloaded once I've watched it anyway, but yeah maybe I accidentally installed some little bugger. I've tried scanning but it always crashes before the scan is complete.

Just deleted a bunch of things though and I have it in safe mode at the moment while I get some things done and it seems to be working, when it was crashing even in safe mode the other day, so maybe I deleted whatever the problem was. Dunno, I'll test it in normal mode later on when I don't have to get stuff done and see if the problem persists. If it does I'll try out some of that stuff. Cheers.
